What to Expect Once You've Submitted Your Application.

• Once you’ve completed and submitted your application, one of our loan officers will be in contact with you to further discuss your loan needs.
• We'll then send you an application kit which contains the paperwork you need to sign and lists what you'll need to send us to verify the financial information you provided online.
• We'll order the appraisal from a licensed appraiser who is familiar with home values in your area.
• Order a title search and title insurance as soon as possible through your closing agent. We'll use the title insurance policy to confirm the legal status of your property and to prepare the closing documents.
• We'll schedule your closing date as soon as we receive your application kit, the appraisal, and the title work. Your closing agent will coordinate the closing with the real estate broker and the sellers.
• The closing will take place at the office of a title company or attorney in your area. You'll need to bring certified or cashier's checks for any remaining down payment and closing costs.
• We will be in touch with you through the entire process, to guide you and to answer any questions that you may have.
